A BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year finalist, Ella Munro has rapidly

become one of Scotland’s finest young singers. Originally from the Isle of Skye, Ella attended the prestigious National Centre of Excellence in Traditional Music for five years before continuing on to study at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where she is currently training to become a secondary school music teacher.

Ella has performed supporting extremely well known artists and under her own name at various high profile venues, including Eden Court, the Houses of Parliament, BT River of Music Festival, Hyde Park, WOMAD Festival, Edinburgh Folk Club, the Star Folk Club and many more.

After an extremely successful 2017l Spring Tour, Ella will be touring central Scotland during the summer and is looking forwards to two nights at the Edinburgh Fringe.
